Can we change the facility for an order after it has been brokered to any other location?
Yes! Store associates can reject the item from that facility on the view sales order page of the Fulfillment App and then the HC brokering engine will pick it up again in the next brokering. Optionally CSR can also manually broker it to any specific facility.
