Expedited Orders Report

While using Expedited Order Reports, is it easy to identify which store/warehouse has the particular order or the order is last brokered to which facility?

Operations Manager use this report to track and escalate orders by order date (oldest first) and at which facility it’s last brokered to.

They check when the order was last brokered and since then if it’s still not shipped they communicate with the store/warehouse to know the reason for order not being shipped.

If it still cannot be shipped order is rejected from the facility and reBrokered to another so that it can be shipped on priority.

So to answer your question, if the order is rejected facility ID will be updated in the next hour report for the order (if it’s still not shipped) and the cycle goes on.
