Customers and CSR teams can cancel orders up to which stage of the fulfillment process?
Shopify doesn’t support customer cancellations, but CSR team can cancel orders from Shopify Admin Panel. Orders can be cancelled on Shopify up until they’re packed and not yet shipped in HotWax Commerce.
