If the toggle for a facility channel is turned on, will the inventory be immediately increased?
HotWax Commerce updates inventory through two different jobs: “Upload Recent Inventory Changes” and “Hard Sync.” The first job only sends deltas for existing inventory in Shopify. When a facility’s inventory is added or removed from a channel, it is crucial to run the “Hard Sync” job to reset the inventory of all products completely. To immediately increase the inventory, navigate to the Inventory page in the Job Manager app of HotWax Commerce and manually run the “Hard Sync” job.
