Inventory Management at Capacity

When a store reaches its max order capacity, is the available inventory reduced to zero, or can existing inventory still be sold?

When a store reaches its maximum order capacity, the available inventory is not automatically reduced to zero. The maximum order limit is a separate setting that determines the number of orders a store can fulfill in a day. This limit is about the facility’s capacity to process orders rather than the inventory levels themselves. Existing inventory can still be sold, and orders can be placed; however, orders exceeding the facility’s set maximum order limit for the day will be fulfilled the next day. The management of inventory levels, such as reducing available inventory to zero, would be related to specific scenarios like marking inventory as not in stock due to rejection reasons, not directly due to reaching the maximum order capacity.
