Managing Store Inventory During a Flood: How to Reject All Orders or Set Capacity to Zero

If there’s a flood and a store needs to reject everything, can they reject all or set their capacity to zero, then reject all?

Yes, a store can reject all orders in bulk and set their capacity to zero. To reject all orders in bulk, click on the ‘Reject All’ icon at the top right corner of the in-progress screen. All in-progress orders will be rejected and removed from the In-Progress Orders page.
Additionally, to set the order capacity of the facility to ‘0’, click on the Fulfillment Capacity chip on the Online Order Fulfillment card and select the No Capacity option from the menu.
