CSRs are responsible for notifying the stores about order cancellations. This enables store managers to utilize the Fulfillment App to unpack the specific order and halt the fulfillment process. Subsequently, CSRs can proceed to cancel orders either through the Shopify Admin Panel, HotWax Commerce download the cancelled orders from Shopify and cancel it on HotWax Commerce, the cancelled orders are automatically removed from the Fulfillment App
