How does the OMS handle alternate fulfillment options for BOPIS orders, especially when a store rejects a pickup order?
After rejecting an item or order, customers will receive an email offering alternate fulfillment options selected by the retailer. If a customer opts to pick up their order from a different store, it will be sent to the corresponding fulfillment center. Alternatively, if the customer chooses home delivery, the order will be brokered to determine the most suitable fulfillment location.
