Can we change the facility for an order after it has been brokered to any other location?
Yes! you can reject the item from that facility on the view sales order page and then can either force broker it to the facility you want or it will be picked in the rebrokering from brokering queue.
We can achieve this by first rejecting the order from the brokered facility and then manually reserving inventory at the facility of your choice.
To reject an item, we can do it in 2 ways:
- From the order view page, by clicking on the reject item link.
- A fulfillment app user can reject the item from the app with a proper reason of rejecting the item.
