What does the “Reject All” button in the fulfillment app do inventory-wise?
When users click Reject All
in the fulfillment app, all open orders are rejected and removed from the Open Orders page. For in-progress orders, clicking “Reject All” at the top right corner will reject all in-progress orders and remove them from the In-Progress Orders page. All rejected orders will be moved to the brokering queue again.
However, the “Reject All” button does not impact inventory. If retailers do not want orders to be brokered to that facility again, they need to set the max order capacity to 0 to ensure no new orders are brokered for fulfillment.
