Is there a way to track products that are imported from Shopify into HotWax and ensure that nothing goes a miss amongst the products getting imported?
As part of the integration with Shopify we download product, order and other files from Shopify and we also update data in Shopify using GraphQL APIs. We have added several MDM screens in HotWax Commerce wherein the user can track the status of files, see errors and troubleshoot problems.
One of these screens also shows status for all the product import files. Complete transparency into API logs helps to easily debug the problem without external support.
